TRISECKS: HAREM STRUCTURES
The harem, and all of its children, typically reside together in a large compound, where strong Females compete with each other for the company of the Alpha-Male (often referred to as the "trophy"). Modern times have introduced a decentralization of the community structure; it is not rare to find Female/Beta pairs living together in their own houses or apartments with the Alpha traveling between households by motorized boat. These situations are known as "speedboat marriages".
